If you don’t have an HAQM account…
Not to worry, because when you click on HAQM Pay on any third-party website or app, you’ll be redirected to a sign-in page. Here, you can click on the link that reads, “Create your HAQM account.” Once your account is created, you’re ready to start using HAQM Pay.
Shopping with HAQM Pay in three easy steps

- Click the HAQM Pay button
By selecting HAQM Pay as your payment method, you’ll avoid any additional account creation steps on the merchant site that may be necessary with other payment options.
- Sign in
You’ll be prompted to sign in to your HAQM account, if you’re not already. Once you do, your account will be linked to the site’s checkout process.
- Complete your purchase
You’re ready to finalize your purchase. Confirm the credit card and address details already stored in your HAQM account and complete your checkout. If you need to change your credit card or shipping address, you can easily update this information in your account on HAQM.com.
In addition to receiving an email from the merchant with the invoice, HAQM Pay will send you two emails — one notifying you that the payment has been authorized and a second one confirming the payment was completed.

View your payments
HAQM Pay provides a single view of your orders and transactions. Follow these three easy steps to manage your payments:
- Go to HAQM Pay and click Sign in on top of the page, and then click Check your HAQM Pay orders.
- Sign in with you HAQM credentials.
- On the HAQM Pay Activity page, find the corresponding order or transaction, and then click Details & Support.
Viewing your order status
While you’re viewing order details, here is some context to help you understand various status stages when using HAQM Pay:
- Pending, you haven’t been charged yet. Your payment is being processed.
- Completed, you’ve been charged. Your payment was processed.
- Canceled, you haven’t been charged. Your payment was canceled.
